Wheels Polymers Pvt Ltd is accredited with ISO and BIS certifications for our work and processes, which include ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management Systems (QMS); ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management Systems (EMS); ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management System. Alongside this, Wheels Polymers also holds accreditation from BIS for IS 613:2000 Copper Rods and Bars for Electrical Purposes; IS 1897:2008 Copper Strip for Electrical Purposes.

Our manufacturing journey begins with high-purity copper cathodes, which are melted in our in-house furnace to ensure consistent chemical composition and material integrity. This molten copper is then cast and processed into Oxygen Free Continuous Cast Copper Rods, forming the foundation for further shaping and refinement.

Through advanced extrusion technology, copper is subjected to high pressure and forced through precision dies to achieve specific shapes and cross-sections. This process enhances the material’s grain structure, strength, and conductivity, enabling us to produce copper components with tight tolerances and superior mechanical properties.
